Raspberry Brown Sugar Baked Brie Recipe
This raspberry brown sugar baked brie recipe is one that my mother in law always makes for the holidays!
Normally, she prepares a big appetizer spread in the morning (for “breakfast”) with charcuterie, baked brie and other light snacks to munch on while we wait for the “real dinner” to be made.
I love it because It’s fast and easy to make, tastes great with a glass of champagne, and it doesn’t fill you up before dinner!
The fresh raspberries pair perfectly with the brown sugar, and melt into the baked brie almost like a jam topping.
Pair with your favorite crackers, fresh baguette or crostini!
Cheers!

This recipe is super simple and easy to make, so it can be whipped up in a jiff! Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- Fresh raspberries
That’s it! From there it’s just a matter of putting it all together.
Start by preheating your oven to 350F.
Remove the brie from its packaging, and place it inside a small cast iron, or on a parchment lined baking tray.
Spread a layer of light brown sugar on top of the brie.
Bake your brie at 350F for 10-12 minutes, or until it starts to ooze but not melt. You can add a few raspberries on top if you like for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. This helps warm the raspberries so they break down easier when serving.
Top with (more) fresh raspberries and serve immediately with crackers, fresh baguette or crostini.
Pair with your favorite sparking wine or champagne!
Cheers!
